Terms of Service

Welcome to Fillit. This Service enables smart scanning, filling, and digital signing of documents. By using the Service, you fully agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service.

• "Service" — The Fillit application, including all its interfaces, features, and content.
• "User" — Any person who registers and uses the Service.
• "Document" — Any file uploaded by the User to the Service.
• "Content" — All information, text, files, signatures, and data entered by the User into the Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not transfer your account to another person without explicit written permission.
• You must immediately report any suspected unauthorized access to your account.

Permitted:

• Filling out legitimate personal and business documents.
• Sharing documents with parties who have consented to receive them.
• Saving a personal digital signature for reuse.

Strictly Prohibited:

• Uploading documents that do not belong to you without explicit authorization.
• Forging documents, signatures, ID documents, or any other official records.
• Using the Service for any illegal activity, fraud, harassment, or harm to third parties.
• Attempting to bypass Service limitations, hack systems, or access other users' data.
• Commercial use of the Service beyond the license granted (including resale).
• Uploading offensive, sexual, hateful, or privacy-infringing content.

• The free account includes 3 document scans with no expiry (they do not reset).
• You can expand your quota by referring friends — each successful referral grants one additional free scan.
• We reserve the right to change free plan limits with 30 days' advance notice.
• Unreasonable use or attempts to circumvent limits may result in account suspension.

• All documents you upload belong to you — we make no claim of ownership over them.
• You grant us a limited license to process your documents solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
• The Service's design, logo, interface, code, and all original content belong to Fillit and are protected by copyright.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without permission.

The use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

As part of the core functionality of the Service, Fillit maintains a Profile Cache ("Known Data") for each User. This feature stores commonly entered personal information (such as name, ID number, address, phone, email, and bank details) so that it can be suggested automatically when you fill out subsequent documents.

Consent and Purpose

• By using the Service and entering data into form fields, you consent to the storage of that data in your personal Profile Cache.
• The Profile Cache exists solely to improve the efficiency and accuracy of form filling — it is a fundamental part of how Fillit operates.
• Cached data is used exclusively within the Fillit interface to suggest previously entered values. It is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.

User Control

• You may view, edit, or completely delete your cached data at any time from your Account Settings.
• Deleting specific cached fields does not affect previously submitted documents.
• Closing your account permanently and irreversibly deletes all cached data within 30 days.

Disclaimer

The auto-fill suggestions are provided as a convenience only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming that all auto-filled values are correct and up-to-date before submitting or signing any document. Fillit bears no liability for errors resulting from outdated or incorrect cached data that the User failed to review.

The digital signature generated by the Service is intended for use as electronic evidence. We bear no responsibility for its legal validity in specific proceedings — the User is responsible for verifying applicable legal requirements. For documents requiring a certified digital signature (PKI), please use a legally accredited provider.

• Not Legal Advice: All documents, templates, and text generated by Fillit's AI are drafts only and do not constitute legal advice, legal counsel, or the practice of law in any form. No attorney-client relationship is formed between the User and Fillit as a result of using this feature.
• No Liability Whatsoever: Leader AI Labs, LLC (operator of Fillit), its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and service providers bear absolutely no legal liability — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — for any loss, damage, claim, dispute, regulatory action, or harm arising from the use of AI-generated documents. This includes but is not limited to reliance on such documents in legal proceedings, business transactions, employment matters, or personal affairs.
• AI Limitations: Artificial intelligence can produce errors, omissions, outdated legal language, jurisdiction-inappropriate terms, or incomplete clauses. The AI does not know the specific facts of your legal situation, local laws, or court interpretations that may apply to you.
• Mandatory Attorney Review: You are strongly advised and urged to have any AI-generated document reviewed, amended, and approved by a qualified attorney licensed in the applicable jurisdiction before executing, distributing, or relying on such document for any purpose.
• User Responsibility: You assume full and sole responsibility for any decision to use, execute, or act upon an AI-generated document. Fillit's role is limited to providing a technological drafting tool, and nothing more.
• Jurisdiction Variance: Laws vary significantly between countries, states, and territories. A document valid in one jurisdiction may be unenforceable or even illegal in another. The AI does not guarantee legal compliance in your specific jurisdiction.

• The Service uses AI, OCR, automation, and third-party processors to assist with scanning, filling, drafting, and signing.
• AI output may be wrong, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific situation or jurisdiction.
• You must review all generated, filled, signed, and sent documents before using or relying on them.
• You are solely responsible for using, submitting, signing, or relying on any document produced with the Service.

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any express or implied warranty, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fillit and Leader AI Labs, LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, nor for rejected documents, missed deadlines, penalties, legal or regulatory consequences, business losses, lost income, or any reliance on AI output.
• Free users: to the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law (and, where allowed, to zero).
• Paid users: to the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• You remain responsible for reviewing the accuracy of all AI output before relying on any document.

• We may suspend or close an account that has violated these Terms, without prior notice in serious cases.
• Users may close their account at any time from account settings.
• After account closure, data will be deleted within 30 days (except where legally required to retain).

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced with at least 14 days' advance notice. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.

• Best-Effort Basis: All uptime guarantees, response times, and service credit commitments described in the Enterprise SLA are provided on a commercially reasonable, best-effort basis. They do not constitute an unconditional guarantee and are subject to circumstances beyond Fillit's reasonable control.
• Service Credits — Sole Remedy: Service credits (as described in the SLA) are the sole and exclusive remedy available to Enterprise customers for any failure to meet uptime targets. Credits shall not exceed the monthly subscription fee for the affected period. Fillit shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service unavailability.
• Exclusions: SLA commitments do not apply to downtime caused by: (a) scheduled maintenance announced in advance; (b) force majeure events; (c) third-party infrastructure failures beyond Fillit's control; (d) actions or configurations made by the customer; (e) internet or network connectivity issues outside Fillit's infrastructure.
• Security Compliance: References to SOC 2 Type II, ESIGN, and eIDAS compliance reflect Fillit's design standards and operational practices. Fillit does not warrant that its certifications satisfy every specific legal or regulatory requirement applicable to the customer's jurisdiction or industry. Customers are responsible for independently verifying compliance with applicable laws.
• Data Protection: Daily backups and encryption standards are maintained as described, subject to operational constraints. Fillit's liability for data loss is limited to the service credit framework and shall not exceed amounts paid in the preceding 3 months.
• SLA Modifications: Fillit reserves the right to amend SLA terms with 30 days' written notice to Enterprise customers. Continued use of the service after such notice constitutes acceptance.
